We ship 7‑OH tablets to most of the United States, but not all of it. This page lists every state, says plainly whether we deliver there, and explains why where we know the specific reason. Check yours before you order — orders to a state we can't serve are rejected at checkout.

Alabama
Alabama lists 7-OH and mitragynine as Schedule I controlled substances.
Arizona
Arizona caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids and bars synthetic 7-OH; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Arkansas
Arkansas lists 7-OH and mitragynine as Schedule I controlled substances.
California
California public-health authorities treat the sale of 7-OH products, including online, as unlawful.
Colorado
Colorado SB25-072 caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Connecticut
Connecticut placed kratom and 7-OH in Schedule I in 2026.
District of Columbia
The District of Columbia lists 7-OH as a Schedule I controlled substance.
Florida
Florida schedules 7-OH above 1mg per gram by emergency rule; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Georgia
Georgia caps 7-OH at 0.5mg per gram and 1mg per serving and bars synthetic 7-OH; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Indiana
Indiana classifies 7-OH and mitragynine as synthetic drugs, which prohibits their sale.
Kansas
Kansas prohibited these products effective July 1, 2026.
Kentucky
Kentucky schedules 7-OH above 400 parts per million; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Louisiana
Louisiana lists 7-OH and mitragynine as Schedule I controlled substances.
Maryland
Maryland caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids and seizes products above 1mg per serving; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Massachusetts
Massachusetts placed all kratom products in Schedule I by emergency order effective August 28, 2026.
Mississippi
Mississippi caps 7-OH at 1% of a product's alkaloids and 0.5mg per container; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Nebraska
Nebraska caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids and bars synthesized alkaloids; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
North Dakota
North Dakota placed 7-OH in Schedule I by emergency rule effective August 5, 2026.
Ohio
Ohio lists 7-OH as a Schedule I controlled substance.
Oklahoma
Oklahoma caps 7-OH at 1% of a product's alkaloids and bars synthesized 7-OH; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Rhode Island
Rhode Island caps 7-OH content at 1%; a 40mg tablet is above that limit, so we do not ship here even though kratom itself is again permitted.
South Dakota
South Dakota caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids and bars synthetic 7-OH; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Tennessee
Tennessee prohibited all kratom and 7-OH products effective July 1, 2026.
Texas
Texas caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids and bars synthetic 7-OH; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Utah
Utah placed 7-OH in Schedule I effective May 6, 2026.
Vermont
Vermont lists 7-OH and mitragynine as regulated drugs.
Virginia
Virginia caps 7-OH at 1% of a product's alkaloids or 1mg per serving effective July 1, 2026; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
West Virginia
West Virginia excludes concentrated 7-OH products from lawful sale and caps 7-OH at 10mg per dose; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.
Wisconsin
Wisconsin lists 7-OH and mitragynine as Schedule I controlled substances.
Wyoming
Wyoming caps 7-OH at 2% of a product's alkaloids effective July 1, 2026; a 40mg tablet is above that limit.

Idaho Idaho Falls restricts these products locally.
Illinois Jerseyville, Alton, Edwardsville, Marion, Herrin, Godfrey, Rockford, Bloomington, Normal, Morris, East Peoria, Morton and Pekin restrict these products locally.
Michigan Sterling Heights restricts these products locally.
Missouri Kansas City restricts these products locally.
Montana Yellowstone County (food establishments) and Blackfeet Reservation restrict these products locally.
New Hampshire Franklin restricts these products locally.
New Mexico Albuquerque restricts these products locally.
New York Nassau County, Suffolk County and Albany County restrict these products locally.
Washington Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cle Elum and Othello restrict these products locally.

Local rules still apply. A state appearing here means we will ship to it — it is not a statement that these products are lawful for you to possess where you live. The federal picture

Everything above is state-level. Separately, the DEA published notices of intent on 6 July 2026 to place 7‑hydroxymitragynine above a specified threshold in Schedule I. That temporary order can publish in the Federal Register any day, and it takes effect the day it publishes.

When it does, none of the state detail on this page matters: we stop selling everywhere, automatically. We poll the Federal Register every 60 seconds and the site takes itself off sale the moment a qualifying order appears. You can watch the same signal on the live ban tracker.

Which states does 7oh.gg ship 7-OH to?

We ship to 21 states. We do not ship to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin or Wyoming.

Why won't you ship 7-OH to my state?

Each blocked state either prohibits these products outright or caps 7‑hydroxymitragynine concentration below what a 40mg tablet contains. Rhode Island caps 7‑OH at 1% and Utah at 2%, so a pure 40mg tablet is above both limits even though kratom itself is permitted in those states.

My state is allowed but my city might not be. How do I check?

Some counties and cities restrict these products even where the state permits them — we know of jurisdictions in Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire and Washington. They're listed in our shipping policy. That list is what we know of, not a guarantee of completeness, so please confirm your own local rules before ordering.

What happens if I order to a state you don't ship to?

Checkout rejects it before you pay. The state check on this page reads the same list the order system enforces, so the two can never disagree.

Does the federal DEA order change this?
